Frequently Asked Quesions

All of our properties have lockboxes, which means that you can check in anytime from 4pm onward.
You will receive a link with the instructions and plenty of videos showing how to use each appliance, windows, doors, etc.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm onwards
Check-out is 11:00 am
If you wish to extend, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
This is subject to availability. -
Regarding Early check-in & Late Check-outs 👇🏻
We can only offer these if available, for example; If there is no one booked before your check-in date then we won’t have to get the place cleaned so it’ll be free.
But if we have a guest booked and due to leave on your arrival day then we can’t offer early check-in as we need time to get the apartment ready for you!
As guests usually check-out at 10 am, cleaners come at 12 pm and then get the apartment ready & cleaned for the next guest.
For late check-outs, this is available till 12 pm yes.
We hope you understand, but we can always confirm the night before so it is best to message us 🙏🏻

Yes we do, this deposit is fully refundable after check-out subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The amount of the deposit varies from different lenghts of stay.

For stays shorter than 30 nights - A £300 deposit is taken as a pre-authorisation (not a payment) on your credit or debit card. This is released on your departure day.
The deposit takes between 5-10 days to be returned, they all depend on Stripe which is our payment processor.

For stays longer than 30 nights but shorter than 60 nights, a £500 deposit is taken as a pre-authorisation (not a payment) on your credit or debit card. This is released on your departure day.

For stays longer than 4 months, a deposit worth a month is taken via a bank transfer. This is released on 2 days after the check out..

Smoking indoors IS NOT ALLOWED!
We do suggest you to smoke on a balcony if the apartment comes with one if you wish, but please put out the cigarette correctly.
Smoking indoors is not allowed due to health and safety, and the smell that sticks to the furniture.

Please note that parties and events are starkly NOT ALLOWED. there are neighbors and we ask our guest to always be respectful and considerate

We do accept pets in certains properties. Ask us before booking.
Please note this will come with an addition of £100 in the deposit.
