CHECK-IN DETAILS ARE SENT 24H BEFORE YOUR CHECK-IN DATE.

If you’ve booked on the same day that you check-in for, then you’ll be sent check-in details shortly afterwards once you’ve completed the ID, terms & conditions + deposit.

SELF CHECK-IN ✓

All our Serviced Apartments & Houses are self-check-in, meaning you can check in at any time after 4pm.

Either collect a key from a collection point or use the key safe/lockbox which we will send you details too.

In addition to this, we have a whole detailed entry page to each property giving you information on how to find the keys, video guides and much more.
