Our business model is in short:

We are a professional company, with insurance, full compliance and a very strict booking procedure be rest assured that your property will be looked after. We’ve already got many properties & clients.

The way we do this is, when a guest bookings, a deposit & ID is taken, along with strict guest vetting to find out why they are staying. In addition to this, each apartment has a camera/CCTV fitted and a sound monitor alarm, which monitors the decibel levels in order to prevent any loud noise or parties from happening.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are open to considering all types of apartments, preferably with parking. The property's current decorative condition is not a concern, as we are happy to refurbish it to meet our high standards.
